2- Shoot All Your Bullets, Leave Your Holster Empty:
Because there is an inherent risk of being replaced in a corporate setting, you must be ready to face risk by TAKING RISKS. People who are careerists work under the illusion that if they do their job and have a good relationship with their boss, they will have a long career. Today’s capitalist system sniffs careerists out. You can’t be a careerist in a system that demands profit. Knowing that, make sure you let it be known you want to go to the top, and you’re ready to step forward and ensure victory by creating profit. In fact you tell those above you, you have no interest in staying unless you get positions that produce PROFIT.
Lesson: there is no other position but the FRONT LINE.
Shoot all your bullets, leave your holster empty. When you go into a place, don’t just stand around, come forward, tell the company you’re ready to get started. Come out firing.
This lesson ( essay ) isn’t for everyone. But, it is for someone. They’ll read it and say, yes, that’s what I’m about. And they’ll pick up and have a hell of a successful, if a bit chaotic, life.
Because this approach isn’t for everyone, I have an idea I think will be implemented. In order to increase the possibility of people shooting all their bullets, I believe every American citizen should receive $1k a month to spend as they please. It doesn’t matter if they are employed or not, they receive that money. My thinking is people will be more inclined to shoot all their bullets if they know they will have been getting that guaranteed check. For example if you have three children and a wife, you are guaranteed $5k a month.
