Print this handy dandy checklist and place it on your fridge or take it with you to check off as you strive to spend more time outdoors this summer.
- Run a 5K
- Do a triathlon
- Go for a family bike ride
- Play frisbee at the park
- Plant a garden
- Walk around the neighborhood
- Have a water fight
- Go kayaking, or canoeing with the family
- Hike new trails
- Slip-n-slide
- Walk around the farmers market
- Go to the zoo
- Horseback riding
- Jump on a trampoline
- Run a 10K
- Play at a Waterpark
- Take a nature walk
- Geocaching – Go on a treasure hunt
- Visit an amusement park
- Go fishing
- Golf (no cart)
- Explore a national park
- Arrange a nature picture taking tour
- Play basketball
- Play tennis
- Hit the beach
- Swim (at least one cannonball)
